Bids and Vendor Information

The Trussville City School District follows the Alabama Competitive Bid Law for all purchases.  We use the ALJP (Alabama Joint Purchasing Program) and the PACA (Purchasing Associates of Central Alabama) in addition to our own bids.  Alabama bid law requires competitive bidding when purchases are made totaling more than $15,000.00 annually on any individual product. 

If you are a vendor you may request to be on a bid list for a particular product/service.  Please email or send a letter of request to:
