If your child is experiencing issues with their Chromebook:

  • Start by contacting your child’s teacher.
    The teacher will open a technology help ticket on your behalf.

  • Once the ticket is submitted, the chromebook will be taken to the school library and exchanged for a loaner device while repairs are made.

  • If the damage is determined to be intentional, school administration will contact you regarding the cost of repairs.

For questions about how to use technology tools or software:

  • Contact your child’s teacher first.
    They will assist you and work with the school’s Lead Instructional Technology Teacher if additional support is needed.
