If your child is experiencing issues with their Chromebook:

Start by contacting your child’s teacher.
The teacher will open a technology help ticket on your behalf. -
Once the ticket is submitted, the chromebook will be taken to the school library and exchanged for a loaner device while repairs are made.

If the damage is determined to be intentional, school administration will contact you regarding the cost of repairs.
For questions about how to use technology tools or software:

Contact your child’s teacher first.
They will assist you and work with the school’s Lead Instructional Technology Teacher if additional support is needed.
