Trussville City Schools is pleased to announce the selection of Mrs. Jennifer Bruno as Cahaba Elementary School’s next principal, bringing energy, experience, and a passion for student success to continue Cahaba Elementary’s strong tradition of excellence. Mrs. Bruno’s experience reflects her commitment to supporting students, staff, and families, building meaningful relationships, celebrating successes, and creating a welcoming environment for the entire Cahaba Elementary family.

Research continues to show that positive teacher-student relationships are one of the strongest drivers of student attendance. When students feel seen, valued, and supported, they want to be at school.
Through our Attendance Excellence Program, we recognize the powerful role teachers play in building connection, belonging, and consistent attendance.

Trussville City Schools is transitioning to a new donation/contribution/fee payment system. The payment system will be available beginning Monday, August 4, 2025. Look for more details and instructions coming Monday morning before the system opens.
